A delightfully restored mill available as a holiday home

Welcome to the start of the Castle Milford Mill tour. The following pages will lead you through the mill and hopefully provide a little taste of the atmosphere of this remarkable building.

Castle Milford Mill

Originally built from local stone and Cob (a clay, horse hair, small stone mix) the existing miller’s cottage and adjoining mill was extended in 1997 to convert a former shippen (cows house) into what is now the kitchen and bedroom above.


The Mill gives the guest a feeling of its original character, whilst also combining the warmth and comfort expected of a holiday home.
